Ingredients

Radiance, without
the silicones.

Where most highlighters rely on silicones, Goddess Glow uses cold-pressed organic Nilotica for the same smoothing effect — with the nourishment your skin needs.

  • NiloticaCold-pressed, wild-harvested Ugandan Nilotica turns your glow into a nourishing treatment, delivering vitamins A, E, and K, powerful antioxidants, soothing allantoin, and barrier-boosting essential fatty acids.
  • Red AlgaeRich in polysaccharides that bind moisture to skin to keep it deeply hydrated, along with vitamins and minerals. Fun fact: one of the planet’s oldest plants, it has been thriving for over a billion years.
  • WakameSourced from wild wakame seaweed, this extract contains vitamin B and fucoidan, a rare marine compound that hydrates and helps protect skin’s firmness by defending against the enzymes that break down collagen and elastin.
  • MicaA mineral that naturally reflects light and gives a radiant shimmer. Much of the beauty industry's mica comes from unregulated mines overseas, often tragically involving child labor. LXMI uses only ethically produced mica from a single U.S. mine.
  • Macadamia NutA lightweight, plant-based emollient that fills the tiny gaps between skin cells, for softer, smoother, silky-feeling skin.
  • Berry Fruit WaxPressed from the berries of the sumac tree, it provides a luxurious, smoothing texture and helps the glow stay in place.

Full ingredient list: Aqua (Water, Eau), Butyrospermum Parkii (Nilotica Shea) Butter, Ethyl Macadamiate (Macadamia Oil Ester), Rhus Verniciflua (Berry Fruit) Peel Cera, Glycerin, Mica (CI 77019)*, Potassium Cetyl Phosphate, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Cetearyl Olivate**, Sorbitan Olivate**, Chondrus Crispus (Red Algae) Extract, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Undaria Pinnatifida (Wakame Seaweed) Extract, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Carmine (CI 75470), Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol. | *U.S.-SOURCED. **OLIVE-DERIVED.

What is it

Where skincare
meets makeup.

A plant-based cream highlighter that’s as much skincare as it is makeup: instead of simply sitting on the skin, it actually nourishes and supports the barrier as you wear it - so you never have to choose between looking luminous and caring for your skin. What looks bold pink in the tube blends magically into a soft golden glow that flatters most skin tones, with a dewy, soft-focus finish that amplifies your own natural radiance.

Benefits

Glow that does more.

Boosts hydration

A plant-derived hydration complex supports skin’s own natural moisturizing processes, while red algae’s moisture-binding polysaccharides keep the surface soft and smooth. Together, they help skin retain moisture, so skin stays soft and quenched while glowing.

For skin with bounce

Collagen and elastin keep skin firm and bouncy, but enzymes called collagenase and elastase gradually break them down. Fucoidan, a marine compound in wakame, helps hold those enzymes back, while vitamin E shields skin from free radicals.

Supports the barrier

Your skin barrier is a layered matrix of lipids that locks in moisture and keeps irritants out. The formula’s botanical base shares that same layered structure to reinforce the barrier, while Nilotica replenishes its lipids and macadamia leaves skin supple and healthy.

Packaging

With the environment in mind.

Goddess Glow comes in a 20ml tube made from 100% post-consumer recycled aluminum, a material that can be recycled again and again without losing quality. The tube blocks light to maintain optimum product performance, and its precision tip makes every application just right.

FAQs

Questions,
answered.

Still curious? Write to us at hello@lxmi.com

How do I use it?

As a highlighter, eyeshadow, subtle cream blush, or all over the face as a primer — either under or blended with foundation.

Why is it silicone-free?

Instead of silicones, Goddess Glow is made with cold-pressed Ugandan Nilotica. Related to the shea nut, Nilotica has a softer texture and superior nutritional density, providing the same smoothing effect as silicones — but with the nourishment your skin needs.

Where does your mica come from?

From a single supplier in Hartwell, Georgia (United States), whose mine is wholly owned and operated, with a fully integrated supply chain from start to finish. Roughly 75% of the world's mica comes from regions where child labor and unsafe mining are rampant — something we don't support. Read more about our commitment.

Will this work for any skin tone?

Yes, the rose-gold pigment is pretty much universally flattering! It looks nice on skin tones ranging from fair to deeply toned. Don't be fooled by the seemingly strong pink hue; like magic it blends into the skin, imparting just a slight flush of sunlit glow. Our model, Ayelet, has a medium tone, and the subtle dewy effect on her complexion enhances without overpowering. Discover it for yourself - we hope you'll love it!

Why did you change from the plastic tube?

When it comes to sustainability and how we do business, we are constantly looking for ways to do better! There is, of course, many reasons why plastic is such a popular material, as it's really convenient and flexible-yet-rigid to use - but it's sadly rather heartbreaking from an environmental perspective.

Only about 5-6% (U.S.) and 9% (globally) of plastic waste sadly ever gets recycled - and the world produces more plastic than the weight of the entire human population.. every year! Even in the best case scenario, using recycled plastic and plastic that is recyclable, the number of times plastic can be recycled is only about 1-3 times, so sooner or later even the best intentioned plastic tragically will become landfill waste.

The recycling rate for aluminum, which is infinitely recyclable, is 76% - so significantly better. As such, we made the decision to move away from plastic packaging whenever possible and invest in better materials to reduce environmental waste. Thank you for your support!

What is it?

An innovative hydrating highlighter crème in a universally-flattering rose gold shade, spiked with LXMI Nilotica Reserve™ to deeply moisturize, and natural pigments to impart a subtle radiance. By treating dehydrated skin while reflecting light, this gorgeous product gives skin a smooth, soft-focus effect, combining makeup with skincare benefits.

Is LXMI cruelty-free?

Absolutely! None of our products, nor any of our ingredients, are tested on animals. The line is Leaping Bunny certified, and every product except Goddess Glow, which contains a trace amount of carmine, is fully vegan.

What is it a solution for?

- Dullness
- Dryness
- Uneven texture

If you want to know more...

100% organic Nilotica Reserve™ is one of nature's most intensively nourishing ingredient. LXMI sources the highest-grade nuts from the pristine Nile River Valley, where the rich soil and pure air and water lend the ingredient a unique terroir. The buttery texture, unprocessed, nutrient-dense quality, and social impact-sourcing methods make our Nilotica Reserve stand out.

Is this product natural?

Not only is it "natural," Nilotica Goddess Glow is:
- Gluten free
- Cruelty free
- Holistically crafted

The core ingredient Nilotica is 100% organic, fair trade, and impact sourced from war widows in East Africa, who need work opportunities to support their families.

What is it formulated without?
  • Parabens
  • Sulfates
  • Phthalates
  • Silicones
  • Gluten
  • Oils
  • Petrochemicals
  • Triclosan
  • Sulfates
  • Synthetic Fragrances
  • Synthetic Dyes

Great for people with sensitive skin, it's developed with no artificial fragrance, sulfates, parabens, or other allergens.

Is the tube size different?

Yes - we redesigned the Goddess Glow tube with freshness, performance, and function in mind. We received feedback that the previous 30 ml size took up too much space and in makeup bags and often took too long to use up (as only a tiny amount is applied at a time), which meant the product would potentially lose some of its potency and luminous effect. By offering a 20 ml tube, we ensure you always enjoy the cream at its freshest, most radiant quality while making it easier to bring.

It's also actually a better deal, as the previous 30ml tube cost $42 ($1.40 per ml), compared to this latest 20ml tube for $25 ($1.25 per ml) - so you get more glow for less!

What does social impact mean?

A social impact brand differs from a regular business, whose primary focus is profit. Like a non-profit, the main driver for an impact brand is to make a difference — but it sustains itself through the products or services it sells (not donations).

LXMI's impact mission centers around uplifting marginalized women & Indigenous communities and protecting biodiversity through ethical + regenerative ingredient harvesting.
