Shipping policy
LXMI.com currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico and Canada, as well as internationally.
International shipments include duties and taxes world-wide, except for shipments to Australia/New Zeeland above $1,000 or to Japan above ¥10,000 (please see next section).

Shipments below $65 (excl. taxes and fees) are charged a shipping fee based on weight, using USPS Standard delivery. Orders above $65 enjoy free standard U.S. delivery on LXMI.com.
International Shipments:
LXMI ships internationally through UPS (or USPS, where available). We ship from our U.S. location globally and shipping pricing is calculated dynamically based off of international shipping rates. Shipping costs includes duties and taxes of the destination country for packages to Canada, Europe, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
For shipments to Australia and New Zeeland: orders below $1,000 ship duty-free and tax-free under local rules.
For shipments to Japan: orders below ¥10,000 ship duty-free and tax-free under local rules.
Some exclusions apply - for other countries or further guidance, please feel free to contact us.
For shipments above these listed limits, please note that the customer is responsible if import duties/taxes are required for your country. LXMI is not responsible for delays/refusals due to international customs issues, or delays due to weather-related concerns or unexpected events such as strikes, changed international trade agreements, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.
We recommend reviewing your country's local import policies and/or contact your local import authorities prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, fees, or local requirements.
Processing Times:
Please allow 2 - 4 business days for us to receive and process your order if items are in stock. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends, evenings, or federal holidays. LXMI is not responsible for delays due to unexpected events such as strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, etc.
