The Operations Manager is responsible for aligning development priorities and providing feedback to ensure optimal workflow planning and timely order processing across all channels of the business. This role will work cross-functionally with partners in Product Development, Packaging, Filling and Manufacturing, Transportation, and Warehousing, and oversee Planning/Allocation to serve the Wholesale and Retail business needs. This candidate will develop a keen understanding of brand cost of goods expectations, quality requirements, and will work with partners to continuously improve performance against these standards. Excellent organization and communication skills and a proactive leadership approach are critical to success in this role.

We are seeking a Director of Sales to help scale our business with current and new retailers both domestically and overseas.
Key Performance Indicators:
Securing new retail/corporate partnerships in the skincare and wellness categories, working toward aggressive sales targets.
