Location: Brooklyn, NY 

Shift: 11am to 6pm (Flexible schedule depending on the needs of the business including weekends)

Company Description:

LXMI (pronounced "luxe-me") we believe in only producing clinically effective, non-toxic, luxury skincare formulas based on rare plants. Plus, our sourcing methods give work to low-income women and support conservation incentives in wilderness areas through fair trade and organic suppliers.
LXMI is a venture-backed startup founded in 2016, when we launched in all Sephora doors. The brand has been featured in Vogue, WWD, W Magazine, and the New York Times.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Drive brand interest and awareness
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
• Communicate product knowledge in order to educate customers
• Maintain visual setup, assist with inventory and stock organization 
• Open and close

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience
• Must have prior retail experience (bonus if you have worked within luxury skincare!)
• Demonstrates a positive and upbeat character
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task and sell in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a “no task is too big or too small” attitude

Salary: Hourly pay + commission
