What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve done at work?
My first day waiting tables I felt hot liquid slowly pouring down the back of my neck. I stumbled and wobbled trying to keep 4 plates of hot, juicy prime rib from crashing on the floor. I lost right before the table of 4 hungry Midwesterners.

Biggest regret?
Turning away from what I perceived as conflict and forgoing my inner voice. In order to avoid conflict, I would not ask for what I needed or deserved in various business opportunities. Looking back, I wish I would have spent more time listening to my inner voice and found the courage to face hard conversations.
